What we collect on this site
When you choose to send a survey, feedback note, review, bug report, or contact request, we collect the fields you submit so the Kaban team can review and respond. Optional email fields are used to follow up when you provide them.
What we do not ask for
Public forms do not ask for passwords, bank credentials, payment card numbers, or sensitive financial records. Please do not put those details into free-text fields.
Product data
Kaban’s authenticated product data is protected by account identity, server-side authorization, and database row-level security. The public marketing site does not expose another person’s product data.
Cookies and local storage
The app may use necessary session cookies and local storage for preferences such as theme and offline continuity. The public site does not require advertising trackers to function.
Questions
If you have a privacy question, use the contact form and choose “A general question.” Please do not include private account details in a public message.
